3. Products

3.1 Product Descriptions

We aim for accuracy, however:

  1. Colors may vary due to screen and lighting differences
  2. Dimensions may vary by ±1–2 cm
  3. Natural material variations (wood, leather, fabric) are not defects

3.2 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If unavailable after ordering, we will notify you within 3 business days and offer:

  1. Full refund, or
  2. Estimated restock date

3.3 Changes to Products

We may:

  1. Modify
  2. Update
  3. Discontinue products

✔ Orders already accepted will be fulfilled as described at purchase time.

4. Orders and Acceptance

4.1 Placing an Order

Placing an order = offer to purchase

We are not obligated to accept it.

  2. Order acceptance email (1–2 business days) → Contract formed

4.3 Order Cancellation by Us

We may cancel orders due to:

  2. Pricing errors
  3. Suspected fraud
  4. Invalid shipping details

✔ Refund issued within 5–10 business days

4.4 Order Cancellation by You

  1. Cancel within 2 hours → No penalty
  2. After 2 hours → 30% fee may apply

IMPORTANT:

  1. Inspect immediately
  2. Note damage before signing
  3. Late claims are harder to process

7. Risk and Title

  1. Ownership transfers after full payment
  2. Risk transfers upon delivery

✔ For sea freight:

  1. Risk passes at vessel loading
  2. Insurance is included

8. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

8.1 Change of Mind

  1. Not accepted (made-to-order model)
  2. Exceptions:
  3. 30% restocking fee
  4. Return shipping at customer cost

8.2 Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

You are entitled to:

  1. Refund/replacement for major failure
  2. Compensation for foreseeable loss
  3. Repair/replacement for minor issues

8.3 Manufacturing Defects

Report within 7 days with:

  1. Order number
  2. Photos/videos
  3. Issue description

Possible resolutions:

  2. Partial refund
  3. Full refund (major defects only)

8.4 Transit Damage

You must:

  1. Note damage on delivery
  2. Take photos
  3. Report within 48 hours

  3. Use trademarks without permission

10. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  1. Password security
  2. Account activity
  3. Accurate information

✔ We may suspend violating accounts

11. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

  1. Use the site unlawfully
  2. Spread malware
  3. Harass others
  4. Scrape data
  5. Interfere with security

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted:

  1. No liability for indirect/consequential loss
  2. Liability limited to amount paid
